Your Opportunity:Come join our amazing Central Zone Rural Team as a Site Manager for Hardisty Health Centre. The Site Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing leading care to Albertans. Your leadership, direction and organization of this department will be in support of the vision, mission and business plan of AHS. You will be making key decisions and establishing and contributing to the achievements and goals of the Acute Care and Seniors Health portfolios. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating change management, promoting team development, teamwork and coordinating staffing and clinical work as identified by the Director.Description:The Site Manager collaborates with Area Leaders, Central Zone programs and direct care providers to ensure that clients receive quality care in a safe, competent and ethical manner. The Site Manager is the liaison with central zone departments, site and medical staff, external organizations and communities in order to coordinate and integrate client programs and services within Continuing Care - Type A setting, Emergency Department, and Acute Care. The Site Manager provides leadership to the site in keeping with the policies and procedures outlined by Central Zone and Alberta Health Services. The Site Manager is responsible for overall site responsibilities, Care responsibilities, staffing, and Liaison with partner sites.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in nursing. Current registration with CRNA. Consideration for other Health related degrees.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of five years\' nursing experience in Continuing Care and/or Acute Care. Minimum of two years\' management experience within a unionized environment.
