Job Description

We are looking for a experienced Site Foreman to coordinate all activities on the job site. As the point of contact for crews and customers your calm and experienced background will make you a person who other seek out.

This role requires 5-10 years experience in the field as a Foreman.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Read and understand all details on project drawings Fully understand the contractual scope of the project Strong communication between Project Manager and Site Superintendent and this role Represent Raicor at site meetings Schedule project manpower needs with the Raicor Site Superintendent Responsible for site layout, ordering of materials, receiving materials, quality of work being completed, daily timesheets, management of crews Enforce strong safety culture, meeting all site specific safety requirements Have a calm and level-headed leadership style

Requirements:



Proven experience as a foreman.

5-10 years of steel stud trade, Red Seal (preferred),

Sound English language communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to problem solve, resourceful, organized

Ability to run multiple crews

Knowledge of all aspects of trade

Able to read blueprints, proficient in use of iPad

Appropriate safety certifications for site

Sufficient physical condition and stamina for the work
