Communicate with residents, contractors, and other on-site staff members
Customer focused - Respond to tenants' phone calls, feedback, concerns, emails, and direct contact in a timely and professional manner, and forward any urgent matters to management immediately
Prepare Tenant notices and general correspondence
Prepare and track work orders & purchase orders
Track & distribute lease documents, create new tenant files, update contact lists and prepare welcome packages
Assist with preparation of LTB legal forms, preparations and follow procedures
Assist with Account Receivable procedures including analysis, monitoring arrears, preparing notifications, demand & default notices and follow up
Prepare utility charge back correspondence
Keeping office organized and spreadsheets updated on regular basis
Basic knowledge of Yardi
Liaise with Property Managers
Serve as a support/back up for all things administrative as requested
Adhere to company standards and policies
Minimum 1+ years of residential and property management experience required
Experience and proven administrative background in leasing & management
Highly professional, polite and polished with a positive attitude
Advanced Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast- paced environment, multi-task, prioritize & accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
Strong written communication skills
