Duties / Responsibilities

Operate and maintain large format printer, plotter, laminator and other sign fabricating equipment and tools; Able to lift moderately heavy items in the shop. Graphic design and layout design to meet customer needs and production requirement; Design and create all type of signs, assist in sign installation which may involve travelling to client's site. Coordinate with Customer Service and Sales, provide product information to other departments and customers; Assist maintaining and updating website and social media.

Qualification:

Degree or diploma in Graphic/Arts or related field; Minimal 2+ years of demonstrated interactive design/art/production experience; Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop ; Rasterlink Exceptional knowledge of design principles related to typography, color theory, fonts selection and composition; Excellent communication skills, effectively present ideas both verbally and visually and to write clearly; Self-motivated with hands-on approach, team player, fast leaner; Well organized, able to work on multiple projects concurrently and finish jobs in schedule.
Experience in a full-service sign shop and sign installation is an asset as well as experience in the following machines:

Mimaki wide format printers - UV and Eco-Solvent

Graphtec Plotter

GFP Heat Laminator

AEON Mira laser cutter/engraver
