We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile

Sign Production Manager

with strong experience in signage production and project management. The ideal candidate will oversee the full cycle of sign manufacturing and installation, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, hands-on skills, and organizational ability.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects , including timelines, deadlines, and execution plans. Oversee material and stock inventory, ensuring print media, inks, fasteners, and assembly parts are always in supply. Plan and coordinate production and installation schedules, estimating time requirements, equipment needs, and installation crew assignments. Supervise installation processes to maintain safety, accuracy, and quality standards. Lead printing, production, and assembly operations, ensuring precision and efficiency. Apply working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for print setup and design adjustments. Perform vinyl application with a high level of accuracy and finish. Utilize handyman skills and operate power tools confidently during production and installation. Conduct basic low-voltage wiring for illuminated signage. Work safely at heights, with valid certification and experience using scissor lifts.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in signage production and installation. Proficiency with Roland wide-format printers and VersaWorks software. Hands-on experience with vinyl application and signage assembly. Valid Working at Heights certification and experience with aerial lifts. Basic low-voltage wiring knowledge. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
