Adecco is currently hiring a temporary, full-time Sign off and Staging Coordinator in Scarborough, ON to work for our client, one of the world\'s leading retail and brand manufacturers. As the Sign off and Staging Coordinator you are responsible for staging prototypes, facilitating remote prototype reviews, retrieving client supplied products and conducting pre-production sign-offs. You will support the Project Management Team in scheduling sample reviews, validates sample readiness prior to client reviews and offers flex support to help expedite pre-production sign-offs during demand spikes.

Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities: * Facilitate all remote prototype review meetings and keep all stake holders updated on sample readiness, prior to all review meetings
  • Compile all the components required to stage the prototype in full, prior to internal/external review meetings
  • Maintain an active communication amongst all internal stakeholders including project managers, engineering staff & model makers
  • Work closely with Sign-off Coordinator Lead and Planner in scheduling internal/external client reviews
  • Take down meeting notes, document deviations, future revisions, identify fit & function issues and share a detailed summary including drawings and illustrations with all project stake holders
  • Check-in/Check-out client supplied products and collaborate with Product Coordinator for product tracking and delivery dates
  • Perform all house-keeping duties to ensure staging area is neatly maintained and remains presentable for client reviews, at all times
  • Install/remove client supplied graphics and ensure all the components are installed as per the Planograms & Drawings prior to the meetings
  • Participating in Team Huddles, Daily Stand Up meetings or any other BU/Chapter meetings.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Reporting any Health and Safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
  • Performing daily routine housekeeping of work area.
  • Conducting all work duties as per the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations, the health, safety & environmental policies, procedures, and policies
  • Training others as directed.
  • Performing any other reasonable assignments given by Department Management or his/her designates.
Qualifications: * Must be eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Completion of a College or University Program (Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering is an asset).
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with writing and completing reports and correspondence.
  • Strong ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and meet all deadlines.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively; both verbally and written.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to create and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
