Del's Exteriors is an exterior siding, soffit/fascia, stucco company, focused on new residential development in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. Due to the growing demand, we are looking to hire an experience ambitious & dedicated, full-time independently motivated Siding, Soffit/Fascia Service Technician & Manager.This position is right for you if you have Siding, Soffit/Fascia repair & installation experience in residential construction.Responsibilities include:

• Following schedules to install or repair all types of siding, soffit, and fascia.

• Estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed for the project

• Operate hand/power tools, and other equipment relevant to exterior siding

• Capable of performing errands: carry/deliver materials, tools, and equipment, as assigned.

• Work with sub trades and other team members while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Adhere to safety policies, and safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of industry experience

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Able to operate Scissor Lifts and Zoom Booms

• Ability to perform manual labor associated with the trade

• Ability to work at heights

• Driver's license & transportation required - fuel reimbursed, vehicle allowance
