Noble Equipment is a growing 3-store farm equipment dealership, specializing in commercial hay & forage, feeding and material handling. We carry leading brands such as JCB, Krone, Manitou, Deutz Fahr, JBS, Bunning and Penta. Our mission is to provide and support quality equipment and build relationships with our customers that stand the test of time.Our Nobleford, AB location has an exciting opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice service technician. This position will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service experience, completing troubleshooting and repairs on a wide variety of agricultural equipment, and ensuring a high quality of work.What does the role look like?

• As an apprentice technician, you are comfortable working independently
• The role involves diagnosing & troubleshooting equipment, and performing any necessary tests to determine required solutions
• Recommend repairs as necessary to Service Manager or customer
• Complete repairs and maintenance of equipment on site as necessary
• Prepare accurate write-ups of work performed in a timely manner
• Able to communicate with factory technical support teams as necessary
• Share information across the organization.
• Ensuring that we are delivering exceptional service to our customers
• Some on the road work may be required
• As our customers work long hours in the busy season, we do as well to support them!

What are we looking for?

• Apprentice technician 2nd or 3rd year: Agricultural Equipment or Heavy Duty
• Ability to work independently, while troubleshooting, testing, repairing and servicing agricultural equipment
• Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.
• Familiarity with Agricultural equipment such as tractors, balers, skid steers, etc.
• Positive attitude, team player

Job Types: Full-time, ApprenticeshipSalary: $26.75-$33.00 per hourAdditional pay:
