Role: Siding Install Crew Lead

We are seeking an experienced Siding Install Crew lead to join our team to help Halifax homeowners Elevate their home!

If you have 2 years experience leading a siding install team with direct experience installing siding products, and are organized, and reliable, you may be a good fit.

Requirements:

2 years experience leading a siding install crew 3 years direct experience installing a variety of siding products (Vinyl, Metal, fiber cement, wood, and composite panels) Experience installing building wrap. soffits, fascia, flashings, and decorative accent products Knowledgeable on relevant building codes, install process and best practice Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Must own a truck with a valid clean drivers' license

Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety regulations Coordinate and schedule crew members Conduct daily site checks and maintain detailed site logs Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards Liaise with clients in a proactive and professional manner Address site challenges and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays. Enforce health and safety protocols and maintain a safe, clean, and organized site. Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies Erect and install ladders, scaffolding, pumpjacks Operate aerial platforms

Certificates:

Fall Arrest Protection certification Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification Valid driver's licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
