About Us:

Harbourview Volkswagen is a family-owned dealership with a long history of providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver / Lot Attendant.

Position Overview:

This role is responsible for transporting customers safely to and from the dealership, maintaining dealership lots, and assisting with vehicle organization and light duties around the dealership. The successful candidate will be friendly, professional, and have a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide safe and courteous shuttle service for customers Assist with vehicle organization, including moving cars on the lot and in the service area Ensure dealership lots are clean, organized, and presentable Perform light vehicle maintenance checks such as fueling, tire pressure, and fluid levels Support the Service and Sales Departments with vehicle coordination Assist with other duties as assigned by the Manager during slower times, including helping in the Detail Department or other areas as needed

Qualifications:

Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving record Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions is an asset
