We are looking for a Driver in Fort McMurray, Alberta, who can support our team by ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles. This role involves organizing the lot, greeting and assisting customers, and ensuring vehicles are delivered and picked up according to company standards. You'll play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a focus on safety, and a customer-first attitude. Experience driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is considered a strong asset.
How you'll move the needle
Complete vehicle deliveries and pick-ups for customers or the company fleet Safely move and organize vehicles on the lot to maintain efficiency and safety standards Perform vehicle walk-arounds, reporting any damage, concerns, or maintenance needs Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting and assisting customers on arrival Ensure safe and efficient vehicle delivery and pickup, following company policies and procedures Safely park and retrieve vehicles Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform light maintenance tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly, especially during busy periods
What you need to succeed
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to drive various types of vehicles Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent customer service and communication skills Commitment to following safety standards and procedures
What would give you an edge
Previous experience as a lot attendant, porter, or driver in an auto shop or dealership Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and care Strong teamwork skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week

Driving: 3 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Class 5 Licence (required)
