Duties

Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
Deliver technical sales presentations and demonstrations, translating complex product features into customer benefits.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Strong business development capabilities to identify growth opportunities and expand market reach.
Proficiency in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
