Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly
Showroom Assistant
who speaksMandarin and English
to help walk-in customers, provide product guidance, and support our team.Responsibilities:
Assist customers in the showroom, provide product info, and distribute samples. Answer phone, email, and online chat inquiries. Support account managers with assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Fluent in
Mandarin and English
. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, reliable, and team-oriented.Hours:
Monday- Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Sunday: Closed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
