Overview

We are a large-scaled stone supplier located in Canada. As an Sales Assistant at our Toronto branch, you will provide sales administrative support to the sales team while facilitating efficient sales processes. Your role includes responding to customer inquiries, processing sales orders, arranging shipments, greeting showroom visitors, managing customer information, and managing inventory, all aimed at ensuring smooth sales operations.

Main responsibilities:



Input and process sales orders, verifying delivery and payment information, creating and correcting invoices, and processing any returning orders. Organize daily delivery schedules and routes to ensure deliveries in a timely manner and upon customer requested time. Process daily receive and dispatch of inventory, and regularly audit inventory. Organize sales or after-sale related files. Answer customer phone calls, email or other form of communication. Greet showroom visitors and assist them with seeing the materials. Providing customers with information on product lead times, availability, pricing in a prompt, professional and friendly manner. Resolve customers' product, price or delivery related issues or feedback and direct feedback to relevant personnels. Maintain and update customer information in the database. Maintain tidiness of the showroom, ensure the correct product are well displayed, stock office supply and schedule maintenance of equipment. Ensure the stock of product samples, marketing materials, or any other sales supportive resources. Prepare sample and marketing material shipments upon customer request. Develop in-depth and comprehensive product knowledge in a short time. Identify potential stock issues and report to logistic department to ensure a smooth delivery of materials. Other tasks upon request of the manager.

Requirements to succeed in this job:



Mandarin REQUIRED.

2+ years of experience in similar role desired. A High School Diploma. Qualified to work in Canada. Bachelor's degree desired. Valid Driver's License. A patient, empathetic, and passionate candidate with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation



From $18.00 per hour + Team Bonus
