The Office Administration Attendant plays a key role in the daily operations of Puntledge Campground, supporting both front-line guest services and internal administrative functions. This position is responsible for managing reservations, maintaining financial records, supporting retail operations, and ensuring the campground office and surrounding facilities are clean, organized, and guest ready.

Reports to:
Campground General Manager
Responsibilities:
Provide front-desk reception and customer service to campground guests
Manage reservations, payments, and site allocations through the campground system
Maintain accurate records of daily cash flow, deposits, and inventory
Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative duties
Support gift shop operations, including sales and inventory restocking
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office, washrooms, laundry room, and public areas
Assist with basic groundskeeping as required
Train seasonal staff on reservation systems and procedures
Prepare guest handouts, interpretive materials, and site information
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Experience with cash handling and basic financial procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Background in hospitality or administrative support preferred
Knowledge of campground operations and Indigenous communities is an asset
High school diploma or equivalent
Class 5 BC Driver's License an asset
WHMIS and First Aid Level 1 certifications considered assets
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments
Able to sit, stand, crouch, or kneel for extended periods
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and walk across uneven ground
