As part of the Mazergroup team, the Shop Manager role is to provide administrative support for the Service Team and quality customer service in a professional and profitable manner. Shop Manager responsibilities include work-flow assignment, technician mentorship and efficiency improvement.

- A high level of mechanical/technical competence
- Journeyperson ticket in Heavy Duty or AG and/or equivalent experience and education would be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic \xe2\x80\x93 medium computer literacy
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a clean abstract
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull a minimum of 50lbs to maneuver in/through/around equipment easily and safely
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors with have a tolerance to fumes or odors
- Willing to obtain Fork-lift operations safety certificate
