We are currently seeking a Body Shop Manager to join our team.
About the Role The primary role of this position is to to oversee the body shop operations while ensuring a high level of customer service. The Body Shop Manager hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees and uses their experience in the industry to provide estimates and support to all customers and staff.
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build strong working relationships with insurance companies
• Providing and overseeing all estimates
• Communicate with the body shop staff to manage workflow in the shop
• Ensure work is completed on time and to specification
• Develop further awareness of efficient processes
• Identify any workflow issues and ability to offer solutions

• Proven success in a leadership role
• Post-secondary education in Auto Body an asset
• Experience in providing estimates, monitoring estimates
• Understands customer processes and standard operating procedures
• Proven ability in working with databases and computer software
• Experience in dealing with customer issues and providing positive solutions
