Primary Responsibilities
Assist customers in person and by phone in a professional, efficient manner
Learn and retain product knowledge related to hot tubs, spa parts, and water care
Accurately process sales, payments, and returns using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, parts area, and shop
Receive, label, and organize inventory and parts
Follow opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks
Document customer interactions, issues, and transactions as required
Support general store operations and assigned tasks
Required Qualifications
Strong reliability and punctuality
High level of trustworthiness with cash, inventory, and customer data
Ability to follow procedures and work independently
Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift and move products safely
Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
Retail or customer service experience preferred
Additional Assets
Forklift experience or certification
Mechanical, technical, or parts-based sales background
Experience with POS systems and inventory tracking
