Key Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of vehicle services and modifications, including differential re-gears, suspension system repairs and installations, front end repairs and more. Diagnose and repair vehicle issues efficiently and accurately while successfully reporting and communicating with service advisors. Maintain a very clean and organized work environment Collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible repair solutions and customer satisfaction Work independently and demonstrate a high level of self-motivation Maintain a punctual and professional attitude at all times Communicate effectively with customers and teammates Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies Mentor and train apprentice technicians (if interested in a leadership role)

Requirements:

Experience as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on off-road vehicles and aftermarket parts preferred. Red Seal OR Equivalent Experience. Proven experience with differential re-gears, suspension system installations, brakes, electrical, installing aftermarket components and suspension alignment. Electrical & Drivability Diagnostic Skills a Bonus! Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box and come up with creative repair and maintenance solutions Commitment to excellence and pride in workmanship is mandatory. Willingness to learn and grow as part of a dynamic team Ability to work independently and as part of a team efficiently Clean driving record and valid driver's license Must have own tools suitable for performing the required tasks as a General Automotive Technician. Maintain a punctual and professional attitude Communicate effectively with customers and teammates Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies Prior experience training or mentoring junior technicians, or a strong interest in doing so Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner Strong leadership qualities and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities within the team Patience and a genuine desire to help others succeed in the industry
