Job Overview


We at Corey Craig are seeking an organized Shop Administrator to be a part of our team!

A Shop Administrator job description includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, handling inventory, and performing financial and administrative tasks such as billing and assisting with payroll. The role also involves overseeing a maintenance team and maintaining shop standards. To ensure work orders are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities



Service Coordination:

Dispatching maintenance team as per assignments

Inventory and Operations:

Manage inventory like receiving and recording incoming deliveries, process purchase orders, and ensure accurate records of shop materials, equipment, and vehicles

Financial Administration:

Process invoices and repair orders

Customer Service:

Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Shop Maintenance:

Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe work environment

Reporting:

Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits

Administrative Support:

Answer phone calls, manage schedules, and perform other administrative duties as assigned

Work Order Management:

Assisting maintenance team with work orders to ensure priorities are met

Required Skills and Qualifications



Strong organizational skills and attention to details Proficiency with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Customer service and leadership skills Experience in a shop /maintenance environment Valid driver's license/abstract
