We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to analyze operations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping. Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance performance and ensure adherence to company policies. Implement process improvements to optimize workflow and increase efficiency within the warehouse. Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service. Utilize SAP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and reporting.

Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and implement improvements. Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems. Excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Ability to fabricate solutions as needed for operational challenges. Competence in heavy lifting as required by warehouse operations. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus but not mandatory.
