Join Our Team We are looking for a responsible Shipping Supervisor to effectively ship products to our customers. This position requires individuals to monitor, process, and record a company\'s outgoing deliveries, including merchandise, stock, materials and supplies, in a warehouse and dispatch environment. Your Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling and are packaged to arrive safely \xc2\xb7 Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly boxing and storing goods in their designated location \xc2\xb7 Prepare paperwork for shipments \xc2\xb7 Quality check products while picking and packing \xc2\xb7 Verify orders are accurately filled \xc2\xb7 Ensure correct packing techniques for outgoing merchandise \xc2\xb7 Oversee\xe2\x80\x99s swampers / delivery drivers (3) \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with delivery drivers to pick up shipments from the warehouse \xc2\xb7 Check delivery drivers in and out through the day \xc2\xb7 Ensure shipments are properly loaded into delivery and transport vehicles \xc2\xb7 Track and update the status of outgoing shipments \xc2\xb7 Liaise with operations and logistics to ensure shipments are completed as scheduled \xc2\xb7 Notify customer service on any schedule or order changes \xc2\xb7 Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition \xc2\xb7 Comply with all safety regulations \xc2\xb7 Adhere to standard operating procedures Your Qualifications \xc2\xb7 Ability to lift up to 50 pounds \xc2\xb7 Previous supervisor experience an asset \xc2\xb7 Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and work primarily standing \xc2\xb7 Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and other company spreadsheet programs \xc2\xb7 Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse \xc2\xb7 Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance \xc2\xb7 Minimum one (1) year of related warehouse experience within the consistent areas of material handling, shipping, and receiving, distribution, and/or operations Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour Benefits:
