Job Overview

Do you have strong leadership skills and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly? As the Shipping Department Line Lead, you'll be the go-to person for leading our boxing line -- making sure orders are accurate, products meet high-quality standards, and production goals are smashed every day. You'll report directly to the Shipping Supervisor and requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

What You'll Do

Supervise and lead the boxing line team to achieve production and quality goals Ensure every order is packed right -- no shortcuts, just quality and accuracy Monitor product quality throughout the packing and shipping process Train, support, and motivate your team to perform their best Work closely with the Shipping Supervisor and other departments to solve issues fast Keep an eye on inventory and equipment, reporting what's needed to keep things running Promote a safe and positive work environment every shift Take on additional duties as needed to keep the department running efficiently

What You Bring

Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in shipping, boxing, or packing (preferred but not required if you're eager to learn) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfort working in temperature-varied shipping environments CSA Approved Steel-Toe Safety Shoes Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Forklift or tow motor experience is a bonus
