We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for handling the shipment and receipt of cannabis and non-cannabis products in compliance with Health Canada regulations and company policies, while ensuring accuracy in maintaining inventory records and supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse. The purpose of this role is to enable operations and logistics to create and fulfill the best packaged cannabis on earth for the earth. We are looking for an agile individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains the warehouse to an efficient standard, coordinates with the production team to meet demand, and is motivated to leave a tangible legacy through their work.

Shipping:



Responsible for all aspects of receiving, shipping, and material handling Pick, pack, and prepare cannabis products for shipment, ensuring accurate labeling and compliance with provincial and federal regulations. Verify shipping documents, including purchase orders, manifests, and invoices, to ensure accuracy. Work with carriers and couriers to schedule shipments and track deliveries. Ensure all shipments are packed securely and in compliance with Good Production Practices (GPP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). Maintain a clean and organized shipping area to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Receiving:



Inspect incoming shipments for damage, discrepancies, or regulatory concerns. Verify received products against purchase orders and update inventory records accordingly. Unload, organize, and store cannabis products in accordance with Health Canada storage regulations. Work with quality assurance (QA) teams to document and report any discrepancies or quality issues. Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and high-value cannabis products.

Requirements:



Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or operations. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and database applications; ability to track and report inventory levels. Strong communication skills with a high level of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Experience participating in inventory counts. Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and obtain certification to operate equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and electric pallet jacks.

Nice to Have



Degree in Supply Chain Management. Experience in cannabis, greenhouse agricultural operations, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing. Familiarity with ERP systems.
