Shipping Specialist

is responsible for managing the efficient flow of shipments while working from a remote location. The role involves preparing and packaging orders, generating shipping labels, coordinating with carriers for pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records. Additional tasks include handling incoming shipments, inspecting and verifying products, and collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing customer orders accurately and promptly. Preparing and packaging shipments securely. Generating and managing shipping documentation such as labels, invoices, and bills of lading. Tracking shipments and coordinating with freight carriers. Maintaining inventory records and assisting with stock management. Ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and company policies. Communicating effectively with internal teams and external vendors. Assisting with customs paperwork, resolving shipping inquiries, and collaborating with warehouse and logistics staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in shipping and inventory management in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.75-$26.36 per hour
