Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.We are looking for a Shipper / Receiver to join our group to act as the company\'s point of contact while providing a high level of professional customer service to both internal and external customers. Integral part of the logistics team responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered to the correct customer, to the correct location, without damage, on time and with the correct supporting documents. You as Shipper/ Receiver will keep everything running smoothly and your customers happy.Do you consider yourself a self-organized person? This role is for you! As a dedicated warehouse team member, you will make sure that everything is in the proper place.As Shipper Receiver, you will be responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made effectively.Which tasks will you perform?

  • Receives and unloads all shipments into the warehouse
  • Unpacks all orders for stock and repairs
  • Timely stocking of inventory as required
  • Posts repairs and inventory receipts into SAP
  • Ensures incoming repairs and returned items are sent to the proper designated areas with corresponding paperwork
  • Correctly identifies and segregates items requiring CSA inspection
  • Arranges and facilitates weekly CSA inspections
  • Ordering of warehouse supplies as needed
  • Ensures that the warehouse is kept tidy and clean
  • Maintenance of stock bin locations
  • Correctly identifies customer orders to be held for consolidation
  • Correctly identifies orders that can be delivered to the customer
  • Creation of the material masters in the central database
  • Returns credits to stores with the correctly associated goods movement
  • Accurate and timely pick of inventory from stores or customer specific locations
  • Packing of orders in an accurate and timely manner to ensure that they will arrive undamaged at the customer site
  • Tagging of instruments as necessary and photograph as needed.
  • Assisting coordinators with the preparation of export requirements as needed
  • Safely operates the forklift and hand truck to load or unload racking as required
  • Safely and appropriately stores hazardous material
  • Arranges for timely pickup by couriers and transport
  • Runs end of day manifest
  • Other duties as assigned.
What do we expect from you?
  • Completion of High School or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within Shipping/Receiving environment or equivalent required
  • Experience with the preparation of documentation for the transportation of dangerous goods
  • WHIMIS experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Must be able to lift over 50lbs as required
  • Working knowledge of Computer Processing Software (Microsoft Excel, Word)
  • Experience with SAP is an asset
