Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and hands-on professional to be the backbone of our daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time, while also helping us maintain precise inventory records. Key Responsibilities:

Record daily flow of inventory changes.

Pick and package customer orders from the inventory, and prepare shipping labels.

Receive incoming goods and RTVs, verify counts against purchase orders, and check for damage.

Perform crucial inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.

Help keep our digital inventory records accurate by updating counts and locations in our system.

Coordinate pickups with freight carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, LTL trucking companies).

Work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners to resolve any shipping issues.

Keep the vault clean, safe, and well-organized.

Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into excel controls.

Print products labels.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

Problem solving

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL Server is a plus

Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Proven experience in a shipping, receiving, or warehouse role.

Experience with basic inventory control practices (e.g., counting stock, reconciling numbers).

A reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to your work.

Comfort using computers for data entry, email, and generating shipping labels.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for most of the shift.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with team.

A focus on safety and following proper procedures at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
