Overview:

Join our team as a Barista Shift Supervisor at our bustling cafe where you'll craft delicious beverages and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Will be responsible for overseeing daily front of house operations and ensuring high-quality service and creating an effective team environment. Will be reporting to the owner and managers. Must be able supervise, train and coordinate fellow staff.

Provide Excellent Customer Service and manage your team efficiently. Train your team to create consistency within products. Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages with espresso based drinks and teas. Help us expand and grow our offerings. Operate the POS system to accurately process orders and payments Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and utensils Assist in food preparation and handling as needed Provide excellent, efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns Uphold food safety standards and regulations Handle cashiering duties efficiently A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in the Food & Beverage industry. Experienced Barista in a busy location. Proficiency in basic math for cash handling Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively Strong leadership skills Knowledge of food safety practices Must speak English fluently.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
