As a Shift Manager at Domino's Pizza Ingersoll, you will oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional service and product quality. This role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence while leading a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant during your shift. Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service are maintained. Manage staff schedules and delegate tasks effectively to optimize team performance. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records. Train new employees on company policies, food handling procedures, and customer service standards. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
