Overview
We are hiring an experienced
Assistant Manager
withprevious McDonald's management experience
to support daily operations, lead shifts, and help drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.Key Responsibilities
Lead shifts and manage floor operations to McDonald's standards Coach, develop, and support crew and shift managers Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve issues professionally Maintain food safety, health & safety, and QSC standards Support scheduling, labour control, inventory, and waste management Assist with cash handling, deposits, and administrative duties Support opening/closing procedures and restaurant targets
Required Qualifications
Previous McDonald's management experience (mandatory)
Strong understanding of McDonald's systems, procedures, and standards Proven leadership and team-building skills Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, holidays) Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentImmigration Support
Willing to support eligible candidates with immigration/work authorization where applicable

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
