Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Shift Manager to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and lead your team to success in delivering high-quality food and service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant or hotel during assigned shifts. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of food handling and preparation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and maintain equipment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate reporting using POS systems. Collaborate with other management staff to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and guest experience.

Experience

Previous experience in QSR/hospitality management or a related field is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Knowledge of food service operations, including food preparation techniques and bartending. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling processes. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
