Our new Abbotsford location is hiring a

Shift Manager

who thrives in a high-paced environment, leads with positivity, and is excited about advancing within the hospitality industry. If you're looking for a role with real development and long-term potential, this is it.

There is a structured

3-month training period

before you're expected to manage a shift independently, without the support of a senior leader.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise shifts of 5-8 team members with confidence and consistency Execute opening and closing procedures to a high standard Train, coach, and mentor junior staff with patience and empathy Anticipate challenges during service and solve problems proactively Take pride in executing high-quality food consistently in a fast-paced, craft-driven kitchen Maintain exceptional food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards Oversee kitchen operations, including equipment checks and general maintenance Interact with guests in a warm, articulate, and friendly manner Support management with ongoing improvements and operational consistency

Requirements

2+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment Pizza experience is an asset but not required -- we will teach you our systems Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a desire to be part of a growing team Interest in advancing your career in restaurant management Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Fluent in English (spoken and written) Food Safe Level 1 and Occupational First Aid preferred, but not required
