Fusion West is currently looking for experienced welders for our production shop. Based in the Battlefords area.

Duties:

Accurately cut and form steel parts for welding production using a brake, shear, and CNC plasma cutting table. Read detailed shop drawings. Organize parts and structural steel in work area. Perform regular component quality checks to meet design standards Proper setup and ensure equipment is maintained and in proper operational order

Qualifications:

Experience with industrial metal forming equipment- brake, sheer, CNC plasma cutting table. Experience reading blueprints and part drawings. Experience operating forklifts, other equipment operating experience is an asset. Self-motivated, goal and team oriented. Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and dedicated. Ability to work safely, with accuracy, and promote safe work practices. Excellent verbal and written communication. Valid forklift ticket.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
