About the Opportunity

• Work to foster and develop strategic business partnerships with the line of business, including consolidating and summarizing reports on performance against business metrics and translating financial information into clear messaging and actionable insights
• Prepare & develop business analyses, raise key insights and recommendations to support decision making and financial feasibility through profitability, capital requirements and other financial modelling
• Assist with the process evolution and efficiencies to get to insights faster and easier
• Support the review of information in reported financials and reporting package and clear articulation of variances and drivers of performance
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to improve the flow of information, the accuracy of information and the timeliness of information
• Assist on building and designing new financial models / templates to present action driven analysis
• Support new financial planning and reporting tools / processes
• Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis requested by internal stake holders

About You

• Undergraduate degree including relevant professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA)
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a finance role in a fast-paced matrix environment supporting multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen, with exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in storytelling and PowerPoint deck building
• Expert Excel skills with the ability to efficiently handle large data sets and concisely present and summarize for our Executives (SQL scripting an asset)
• Experience with Aderant, BI tools (Microsoft BI \xe2\x80\x93 SSRS or Power BI experience an asset)
• Strong communication skills both verbal, written and presentation skills (bi-lingual an asset)
• Ability to work in a Team environment and to manage competing priorities in an agile environment

Salary Range
