IS 440 - Advanced Topics in International Affairs

This seminar course studies major contemporary issues in international affairs within the framework of main relevant theories. The objective is to develop a good understanding of how the political, economic, social and cultural aspects of international issues are interrelated. Position Requirements

• MA or PhD in International Studies or related discipline; PhD or PhD-ABD is preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in the courses subject; a record of academic research and/or publication related to the courses subject is preferred
• A record of effective teaching at the post-secondary level
• Experience teaching courses on international affairs is preferred

Physical Demands Pay Grade Faculty Sessional Salary Range As per URFA Collective Agreement Status Term Work Hours
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1000 - 1115
