The Department of Modern Languages of the University of Prince Edward Island invites applications for Sessional Instructors for the Winter 2025 Semester. We are seeking an instructor to teach the following courses in the Department of Modern Languages. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.FR-1020 French Language and Culture I (3 credits) (Online)This course proposes fundamentals of French language and culture through a progressive acquisition of basic communication skills and an understanding of the practices and products of French language and Francophone cultures. This course is open only to students who have a limited background in French. Prerequisite: French 1010 or approval of the instructor based on completion of the French Placement Test.SPAN-1010 Introductory Spanish I (3 credits) (In person)This course is intended for students with no knowledge of Spanish.
