Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems, ensuring timely service. Assist in food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sanitizing tables and utensils. Process cash handling transactions efficiently while providing excellent guest services. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their dining experience.

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is preferred. Ability to sanitize work areas effectively to maintain health standards. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. A helpful attitude towards guests and team members alike. Experience in cash handling and cashiering responsibilities is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.35-$17.00 per hour
