Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient food service during peak hours. Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures at all times. Support the serving staff by providing timely assistance during meal service. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.

Skills

Proven cooking skills with a strong understanding of meal preparation techniques. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential for maintaining a safe kitchen. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and serving staff. Experience in food service or handling is beneficial but not mandatory.
