We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team.
This position is in hybrid mode and based in Toronto York Mills.
Taches
We require a ServiceNow Administrator who can handle a variety of tasks. The ServiceNow Administrator will manage the ServiceNow environment, providing best practices.
Key tasks:
Maintaining upgrades, cleaning up the environment, and following best practices.
Day-to-Day ServiceNow Management: The ServiceNow Admin will be responsible for general administration, application health monitoring, error checking and diagnostics, patch management, assist on application version upgrades, data administration (users, groups, categories, locations etc.) notifications and SLAs, knowledge articles, escalation to vendor support and continuous improvements.
ServiceNow Clean-Up: Managing and cleaning up the ServiceNow environment, likely involving resolving issues or removing outdated configuration.
Exigences
* Strong prior ServiceNow experience as an administrator.
