ServiceNow & Salesforce Health Cloud Developer/Administrator
to join our IT team. This dual-role position, primarily ServiceNow, will be responsible for the development, customization, and administration of both the
ServiceNow platform
and
Salesforce Health Cloud
, supporting enterprise service management and patient engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Responsibilities: (Primary Role)
Administer and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Service Catalog.
Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.
Salesforce Health Cloud Responsibilities: (Secondary Role)
Design and develop custom solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
Configure Health Cloud features such as Care Plans, Patient Timelines, and Provider Relationships.
Integrate Salesforce with EHR/EMR systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
Implement security and compliance best practices (e.g., HIPAA, PHI data handling).
Support user training, documentation, and ongoing platform enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
2+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Health Cloud.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi).
Familiarity with ITIL and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
Preferred Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant
ITIL Foundation Certification

Pay: $48,750.29-$55,000.00 per year
