Schedule Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with one Saturday every Six weeks

Due to continual growth, we are on the search for a Team member who will focus on representing the Western Star Trucks (North) by providing Exceptional Customer Service both in person and over the phone, you will assist all customers from check in to check out.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Open work orders at time of booking and maintain control until closed and invoiced while ensuring accuracy and full completion of required fields Ensure efficient communication with Customer throughout Work order process. Invoice Work Order at time of sign out by the customer. Ensure all repair orders are sent to Accounts Receivable for lien application. Ensure all balances are collected or financed approved prior to release of any units Open work orders at time of booking and maintain control until closed and invoiced while ensuring accuracy and full completion of required fields Ensure efficient communication with Customer throughout Work order process. Handles Repair Order charges, warranty validation & claims coverage's including computation of charges, submission and follow-up. Maintains the service library with information that is current. Maintains a clean and safe work area. Accounts for all time and for all material used in performing assigned duties. Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments. Handles service department filing and records. Updates customer profiles using equipment, hours or other information from the customer work orders. Accurately complete government required paperwork for CVIPs and other registrations. Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns. Be aware of and track "comebacks" and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership's satisfaction. Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner. Treat customers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices. Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously and with dignity. Maintain positive relationships with customers, other employees and Managers. Be early, flexible and available for scheduling. Maintain up to date technical training. Focus on Quality & Service. Wear uniform and name badge every day. Demonstrate an interest in growing the dealerships business. Completes other duties as assigned. Answer incoming Service phone calls.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:



Excellent Customer Service Skills! High attention to detail required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain an efficient, professional and enthusiastic attitude. * 1-3 years of previous Service Writer experience
