We are currently seeking a motivated, and detail-oriented Administrative & Parts/Service Support team member to join our Winnipeg branch. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, combining administrative responsibilities with support for our parts, service, and shipping/receiving operations.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Process work orders and maintain accurate records
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
Collaborate with Head Office on payroll and timesheet submissions
Maintain branch health and safety documentation in coordination with Head Office
Contact customers with updates on parts and service status
Prepare and submit parts estimates
Support Service Writers with scheduling and job tracking
Perform parts runs as required
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or parts/service support role
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
Ability to operate a forklift is considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with service/parts software is an asset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Professional, customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle sensitive situations
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $19.00 to $25.00, based on experience.
