A luxury travel advisor, specializing in cruises, is seeking an administrative assistant extraordinaire to join our team!
SEEKING:
A passionate customer experience professional, with outstanding organizational and administrative skills. Preferably, you have experience in the travel or hospitality industry and are familiar with coordinating travel, vendor relationships, guest communications, and have experience with reservation systems. This is a part time position with potential for more hours with the right candidate.
GENERAL FUNCTION:
Provide support to a luxury cruise advisor. The customer service representative for inbound inquiries, information, and requests on the phone and in email.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Service and Support of Leisure Agent
Building and Maintaining Client Records
Crating Graphic Proposals and Itineraries
Trip Planning Research
Liaison with Operational Suppliers
Travel Insurance Quotes and Purchasing
Calling in Payments and Final Document Processing
Invoicing and Commission Tracking
Booking Dinner Reservations
Sending VIP Requests and Welcome Letters to Hotels
Auditing All Pre-travel Details
General Office Administration and Support
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Experience in Customer Service / Operations / Travel or Hospitality
Tech Savvy
In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point*) Self-motivated with the Ability to Multitask
Detail Oriented
Ability to Communicate Efficiently and Professionally via phone and email
Proficient Organization and Time Management Skills
Leisure Travel or Cruise Experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
