To fulfill Pattison Agricultures\' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING, we are adding a Service Writer to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Kindersley, SK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the service department\'s operation within the dealership.
Responsibilities
This individual\'s responsibilities include:
- Performing administrative duties.
- Fielding customer inquiries to the Service Department.
- Administration of warranty claims.
- Managing processes, documents and work orders related to customer requests and service department needs.
This would be an ideal position if you have:
- Previous Service Writer experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet functions
- A positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- A minimum Grade 12 education.
- Experience in an agricultural related field would be an asset.
- This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays if necessary.
