North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewan\xe2\x80\x99s leading homebuilder, is seeking a Service & Warranty Technician to join our Regina team. The Service & Warranty Technician reports to the Service & Warranty Manager and will be a contributing member of the Service and Warranty Department. Please note that this is a full-time position. Primary Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Conduct service calls and recognize warranty responsibilities. Complete service checklists at 45 days, 7 months and 1 year and fix any items that need attention. Explain to customer why these items need to be checked. Where possible, resolve warranty issues on the spot, otherwise prepare Service Request, provide to the Service & Warranty Manager for review and assign trades for follow up. \xc2\xb7 Manage client expectations by explaining what is covered by warranty. \xc2\xb7 Provide service work to show homes and completed spec homes. Where possible, resolve issues on the spot or otherwise prepare Service Request and provide to Service & Warranty Manager for review. \xc2\xb7 Resolve problems/issues in an effective and timely manner, always keeping the customer in mind. \xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

• 5 years of experience in performing all finishing aspects of residential construction.
• Good understanding of home mechanics including appliances, plumbing, heating, HVAC, flooring, structural elements, house wrap and vapour barrier.
• Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient time management and organizational skills.
• Self motivated.
• Exemplary customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions from hot to cold.
• Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and legally able to work in Canada.
