SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN Aversan Inc. ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Service Desk Technician to work on leading edge technology products. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

Location: St-Laurent, QC

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 2nd level end-user onsite support.
  • Receiving, Updating, Closing Service desk tickets
  • Imaging and deploying new computers.
  • Perform and support software installations.
  • Troubleshooting Computer and Network Issues.
  • Cell phone and landline configuration.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing IT Helpdesk position.
  • Focused on hands-on experience with Networking, Troubleshooting, ticketing system.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10, Office 2016, Active Directory 2012/2016.
  • Familiar with a Ticketing System to open and close requests.
  • Bilingualism is required: English and French.
