About the Role

Citadel Homes is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused S

ervice and Warranty Coordinator

to manage homeowner service requests and warranty claims. This role is key to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth communication between homeowners, trades, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for homeowners regarding warranty and service repair Log, prioritize, and coordinate all service requests in a timely manner Create highly detailed Work Order reports Schedule and manage appointments for trades and repairs Track and follow up on deficiencies in CRM Report and log Truckers Releases, NHE, and AHW documentation Communicate effectively with trades, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Maintain accurate service records and documentation Provide exceptional customer service throughout the warranty process

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma required Post-secondary education in business, construction management, or a related field is an asset

Experience:

2+ years of experience in residential construction, or warranty coordination 2+ years of experience in Customer Service 2+ years of experience in scheduling and/or dispatch

Skills:

Ability to manage multiple items at all levels of priority Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clear and professional email correspondence Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM High attention to details and accuracy Problem-solving ability and sound judgment in handling homeowner concerns. Accountability and follow-through Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution Professionalism and empathy when dealing with homeowners

Misc. Requirements:

Possess a valid driver's license
