Service Technician

in the

Barrie, Ontario.

Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Barrie, ON

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Assist field technicians with the repair and maintenance of overhead doors and loading dock equipment Accurately complete work orders, inspection forms, and capture site photos for documentation Maintain service tools, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure readiness and compliance Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe and professional work environment Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company on-site Complete daily truck and trailer logbooks in accordance with CVOR compliance standard

What we're looking for:

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using power tools Comfortable working independently and at heights A positive attitude and a collaborative, team-first mindset Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights Experience with loading docks and commercial overhead doors is an asset Previous experience in the automotive, construction, or skilled trades industries is an asset
