We are currently seeking a

Service Technician

to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing a structured

Preventative Maintenance

schedule with our existing customers.



The ideal candidate is

, organized, and customer-focused. You'll take pride in maintaining strong relationships with our clients while ensuring their equipment operates at peak performance.

Responsibilities:

As a member of the Territory Manager's team, the Service Technician provides expertise in the following challenges:


Execute Preventative Maintenance Plan; Ensure proper cleanliness and sanitation programs are in place for each customer; Rotational Emergency On Call; Drive new sales in existing accounts; Filling out accurate Electronic Service Reports; Customer training on new products and equipment; Perform installations of new/replacement dishwashers and other systems; adjust to particular operating parameters. On call requirement 1 in 3 weekends

Requirements:

To perform you must :

High school diploma or equivalent; Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract; High degree of mechanical aptitude; Ability to use hand tools; Some sales experience; Electronic technology experience (excel, word, power point, apps); Ability to work rotational on call weekends.
