Position Overview: Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide general administrative support to the Finning family!
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this individual will be responsible for administrative tasks within the branch. You will work closely with local field personnel and contribute on a team of highly committed professionals who\'s organizational and communication skills provide effective and efficient support to Finning\'s business.

Major Job Functions:
Perform office tasks such as: answering phones, directing customer questions, and various other related tasks.
Execute service administrative tasks in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on tasks such as: invoices, service job binder, maintenance customer orders, work orders, service orders and various other related tasks.
Accurate daily time entry for the service department hourly employees.
Support the Service Support Representatives in the management of service process and customer communication.
Maintaining service job binder.
Qualifications:
High proficiency in business applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Work, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.)
Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative, responsive, and urgent approach.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Solid organization, prioritization and time management skills.
